How we work
As discussed, we operate remotely. Majority of our workflows are automated, meaning that you don’t have any nitty, gritty tasks to do and can focus soley on your sessions and client intake.
All appointments, intakes and referrals happen through Therabridge and the associated websites, portals and other resources. This guarantees that our users and your clients remain safe.
A general work flow would be as follows:
- Client books an appointment with specified counsellor
- Payment is added to counsellors wallet, appointment is recorded and turned into a task, online meeting is scheduled
- Corresponding counsellor is notified by said task and appointment details are provided
- Counsellor conducts the session via Zoom or Google Meet

*Your business card is available digitally, but can be printed and shipped to you as a pack of 100 copies for an extra fee.

Scalable Income
Financial Information
Your generated income is dependent on the number of sessions that you conduct throughout the month. The more sessions you conduct, the more income you earn. You can increase this exponentially with some effort, commitment and the use of our marketing material. Your results are directly impacted by the amount of effort you put in.
If you’re looking for supplementary income, a few sessions a week will do fine, however, if you’re wanting to earn a liveable income, you would need to be conducting many more sessions per week and most likely bringing in more of your own clients.
There are two payment options* to choose from:
– Biweekly
– Monthly
All payments on the website are monitored and managed. When a client books a session with a specific counsellor and makes a payment, the package type and payment amount are recorded in the corresponding counsellors financial portfolio. This means that your earnings are accurately recorded and compiled and you will recieve the exact amount earned up until your payment request is made.
Counsellor earnings can only be withdrawn every 14 days or every 30 days, depending on the chosen payment system. Funds can not be withdrawn at any time outside of the payment windows.
On top of the requirement of being a registered professional, you will need to pay a once-off processing fee of R295 (ZAR) in order to “activate” your account with Therabridge. This ensures that you are serious about joining and minimizes “ghost” accounts. In return for this fee, we provide you with a full suite of tailored Therabridge branding material that you can use to promote your services.
You are able to view your total earnings and current earnings at any time!
Payment options: Choice of every 14 days or every 30 days. Biweekly payments incur higher charges vs monthly payments.
